The staff is super helpful. Great location! I wish that they could have charging panel beside the bed instead of on the desk. The charging panel is compatible for iPhone original plug, but the wall socket is not. You can find the adapter at the convenience store in the lobby

This was a decent hotel that was close to shopping and good eating options but at the same time close to airport and had a shuttle service to bring us back to hotel after we dropped off our rented car.

The hotel is well located and you can walk around. Just most of the staff is like in a bad mood, for example I arrived around 13:00 and the girl in the front desk told me, checking in is at 15:00 or pay extra. I told her I dont want to pay and she gave me back my passport and said come back later. In most of the places, they normally do the paper work so later I can just go to pick up the key but this was not the case.

The hotel itself was great, and the room was great—extremely comfortable bed. The towels could be improved—poor quality. My only complaint was having to pay 45,000 won just to lay out at the pool for two hours. I’ve never stayed at or heard of a hotel charging guests to use the pool.

The service response and familiarity of the employees were good, but the room was not cleaned properly, so it was unpleasant to find the supplies and bottle caps used by the former guests in the room
