The hotel itself was good. Parking at the hotel was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was extremely hot as they turned off the air. We slept with the window opened but it only opens a tiny bit.

The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.

If the breakfast was free, I was charged for it. Not impressed. Otherwise, the hotel in general is good, clean, convenient to shops and walking distance from the pick up point for any day tour. It’s also quiet at night time.

Sightseeing with granddaughter

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly attentive, professional and polite. My room was clean and roomy. The location was within close walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and Lotte Duty Free, where many day trip tour buses picked up for site seeing. Would stay there again.
