"Room was huge as with Ryokan style accommodation and generally clean, What great is the reservation system for onsen so you can have a private slot for yourself/family instead of the usually gender sharing arrangement. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Yunotsubo Kaido and 5 minutes to the train station and Aeon supermart. Unlike some osen town eg. Hakone, there is plenty of food option at night."

"Nice and helpful staff, near lake and shopping, quiet "

"Wonderful ryokan stay at Yufuin Kutsurogi no Yado Nanakawa. The location is very convenient, close to Yufuin Floral Village, quaint shops, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the half-board stay, and the food was sumptuous and beautifully prepared. The room was peaceful and comfortable, with a relaxing private onsen. A perfect place to slow down and enjoy the charm of Yufuin."

"Hotel only has 8 room and everything was very organized "

"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! "Such a wonderful stay, would love to come back in fall."

"別棟に泊まったが，費用対効果は非常に良いので，そこのトイレユニットがかなり小さめなのが気になるが，そこは気にしないことにする．"
