We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while exploring Beppu and the surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff spoke excellent English which made check in and asking for help easy. The hotel is located right by the train station and there is ample car parking if you are renting a car. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

Its a great place to stay, nothing fancy, has everything you need. I was here for 4 nights and it was perfect. If I could stay longer then I would go on some day trips to Oita and visit other famous shrines along the coast. Would stay again. Breakfast is very Japanese, small but healthy. There are plenty of options nearby, especially around Beppu Station which is 2min walk away or walk for another 10min for more choices.

The hotel is very close to JR Beppu station. The hotel is very nice with informative front desk staff, especially Rin Takamura.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is very good, just 5 min walk from JR station. No frills it has everything you need though some you need to pickup yourself from the lobby (common in Japan) including the free coffee!
