Great place & location if you are looking for a chilled environment with everything you need, from great views, facilities, bars, restaurants & shops.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff friendly and very helpful. The tour desk were able to change my sailing tour on the morning as it was raining and I wanted to wait a day for better weather. The prices for food and beverages was expensive. Considering this cost the same as an all inclusive, but with no inclusions I expected more reasonable prices to drink and eat in. The store sold a small beer and chips $20 should be more like $4. That’s a step mark up. The beach and pools were stunning. I’d go...

Loved it

Spacious room. I book and ask for town views but the room was facing the side of the town and was covered by a big concrete wall of the same building… I asked the staff, she said it was with partial view :-(

Good location, close to ferry terminal..............

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The restaurant were mostly fantastic and the range in the breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. We were upgraded on arrival due to our hotels.com gold status which was amazing. Rooms were immaculate and clean and staff very helpful. My only negatives were that most of the chairs around the pool were taken very early so if you arrive at the pool by 9am there was no lounges. Also we had multiple calls to try to sell us the Palace loyalty program...

Amazing amenities for kids!

Great hotel for a short stay in Tulum, room was very big and spacious. Rooms are pretty clean and presentable. Bike rental was great for us to save a couple $ on local transport. Walkable to some decent dining options on the south side of the main drag. Pretty easy bike ride down to the beach. The road the hotel is on isn’t illuminated at night but we felt very safe around the area generally.
