O quarto é grande e confortável, os funcionários são gentis, com um sorriso no rosto para lhe atender, dispostos a ajudar. A área de lazer é muito boa, com atividades diversas e recreação. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tem uma cafeteria bem gostosa que fica aberta até as 23 horas. Porém, Praia del Carmen não tem mar azul"
