"When I entered my room you could clearly tell the beds were not fresh sheets. It looked like all that was done was the blankets were pulled up from the last customer. I went down and talked to the owner, showed him the photos and he told me I would be refunded in which I was not as of yet. "

"Went white water rafting with my son. Needed a place to stay afterwards. Close enough to Friendsville MD. Nearby town in PA had a great restaurant. Riverside cafe I believe was the name. Everything was clean and comfortable."

"The hot tub and fire pit were fabulous! Everything was very clean and we had a lot of towels which was good because we used the hottub everyday! Rachel was very responsive to my questions and helpful.I had trouble sleeping on the mattress in the bedroom with the closet. Too firm.Also, host should remove the pictures of the game room that is on Vrbo because I don't think it exists anymore. No biggie for us but I don't think it is cool to show pictures of something that isn't available.So many things to do in the area! It is a great location. Unfortunately, it rained a lot when we were there so it really cut down on outdoor activities.I would recommend a stay at this location."

"We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. Kate is an excellent host, communication is great from her. The house was clean and stocked with some essentials for cleaning, even a couple of things in the pantry we forgot and thought we would have to do without! The pool, sauna and game room were a hit. Very spacious house, able to have space to yourself if needed or plenty of room to gather and socialize through out. One thing we did learn was no one delivers there, it’s a little bit of drive to get to town but it’s a nice drive. As for the layout, the one living room is sunken so you have a couple of stairs to go down to get into it. To get into the main part of the house there are also steps once you’re inside. If you’re traveling with anyone with mobility issues I recommend someone go in first to get the front door opened for them. Those stairs are much easier to navigate. "

"This house was absolutely wonderful! It had plenty of space while also feeling so cozy! The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating! We already said we would happily stay here again "

"The property was exactly as described and we had no issues at all. They provided a good bundle of starter wood and has fire starter as well. Fishing poles and tackle, and the kids spent hours fishing (catch n release). It was a very nice quick stay. It was a cool night so we could have used more blankets in the RV, but that was the only thing we could have changed. Super close to Ohiopyle and hiking trails. Loved that the RV was under an enclosure with picnic table-- simple perfect."

"Check in at 4pm out at 11:am only stayed one night. Very clean, quiet, easy to find and great location. Unless you stay more than one night you dont really get a chance to enjoy the place. It was chilly, it went from 75 degrees the day before to 35 degrees the next day, we really enjoyed the fire place, it was gas. I love having outdoor fires, but that wasn't possible it thunderstormed and rained. The gas fireplace was an awesome secondary plan, and very comfortable. I would visit again.."
