This was our second stay here and it won’t be our last. The cabins are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable, The location is ideal for lake access, hiking, restaurants, and shopping.

Excellent stay

Great visit and look forward to returning. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was well equipped, and superbly cleaned. If you’re looking for a spot with a rustic feel but modern creature comforts, then I would highly rrecommend it.

This property was just what me and my wife needed for a weekend away. Very nice cabins that give you a nice place to lay your head down to sleep, and very convenient for local dining and activities in deep creek. Would recommend and stay again.

The Lodges were a great venue for us. Clean, convenient, rustic (in a good way) with all the amenities we like. My wife said to tell the front desk as we were leaving "tell them it was great."

The interior of the cabins were high end. The outdoors with benches, adirondack chairs, fire pits, even a beautiful area that leads up to the dock right on Deep Creek Lake as a common area for all guests. Bonnie in the Welcome Office was so friendly and helpful. Our cabin was situated on the hill overlooking the lake. Such a beautiful location to vacation!

We reserved this cabin while searching for future vacations in Deep Creek. Very roomy attractive cabin among several individual cabins conveniently in McHenry. We were greeted by very friendly Jenner who gave us the checking info and directions for parking in front of the cabin. Two queen beds and modern kitchenette, bathroom and TV . Very close to grocery store, restaurants and coffee. More indoor lighting would have been welcome.

Pros: Value. Beautiful views of the ski resort and lake. Nice sized cabins. Comfortable beds. Cons: Not walkable. Room was dark. Lighting could be improved and walls could be repainted.

Awesome Christmas getaway

Communication with the community was exceptional! Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. The cabin was very clean and cozy and the view was amazing! Thank you Jenny for all your help!! Will be returning again!

5 stars, will stay again

This is a very cozy cabin. I really enjoyed staying here. The checkin process was a simple as showing up and saying your name. The checkout process was easy too. I simply left the door keys at the front office. The cabin is very spacious. They left 1 shampoo and 1 soap for each occupant for a 1 night stay. There was keurig coffee available in the room, though I didn't have a cup to use. There is a fireplace and a very large smart tv. I was able to log in with my own Netflix account to watch a movie. Quiet time starts at 10, so you don't have to worry about other guests keeping you up all night. All in all, a very good stay.
