"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind. Unfortunately, we will not be stay again. "

"The house was immaculate and the host was amazing! We enjoyed our stay using the many amenities offered such as the heated swimming pool and spacious movie theatre. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was properly stocked with essentials. The host was responsive to any questions and made this trip great!! "My family came to town at the end of January for a long weekend ski trip. Upon arrival, my 69-year-old father (because he arrived first) had to shovel snow in order to park all of our vehicles in the driveway. This house needs ALOT of repairs and a deep cleaning. The master bathroom floor is caving in, the other bathroom floor had 2 large nails popping up through the vinyl, there were many floorboards that were uneven and coming up. There were layers and layers of dust in various places throughout the house. The ceiling fans were covered in dust and wrapped in cobwebs. Two days in a row we had to wait for hours to get hot water due to the owner being able to control it via wi-fi. When you have 12 people in a house, this was very inconvenient. While we made the best of it and enjoyed our time I would not recommend staying in this house until it is deep cleaned and the repairs are made. "
