Maximum of 10 guests regardless of age. Please include infants in the total. The max occupancy is tied directly to the rental permit of this property and cannot be exceeded, otherwise we are forced to evict per county law.

Rental Agreement: Immediately after booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will be sent to you via text and email for E-signing. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. You will also need to upload a photo of the ID associated with the credit card on file. This is solely for fraud protection purposes. E-signing allows you to go straight to the property upon your arrival, instead of coming to our office to sign and get a key!

Welcome Guide: One week prior to arrival, a digital welcome book will be sent via text message. For the protection of our guests, the guidebook will not be given out to anyone except the person who booked the property. The guidebook will have your special door code, address, local recommendations, and much more great info to help you prepare for your trip!

Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions: Yosemite National Park now uses a reservation system to help manage visitor numbers. Good news — since this home is located inside Yosemite National Park, you do not need a separate park reservation! Just show proof of your lodging when entering the gate (check the official Yosemite website for current details). Keep in mind that access to certain park areas can sometimes vary, especially during peak or snowy seasons. Staying flexible and checking conditions ahead of time will help you make the most of your adventure in this stunning region.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team provides salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray for your use. Occasionally, previous guests leave behind items such as spices, aluminum foil, or ziplock bags. You're welcome to use any of these, but please note that our team does not check for or restock them, so we can't guarantee what will be available. If these items are crucial to the success of your vacation, we recommend bringing them along to ensure you have everything you need. We try to clearly state this in the listing so there are no surprises.

Linens: Did you know that our vacation homes are among the few in the Yosemite area to feature professionally laundered linens? For every reservation, all linens are cleaned in commercial-grade washers using hypoallergenic detergent that's stronger and more effective than typical residential options. They're then pressed at 300°F—nearly twice as hot as a standard home dryer—to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and freshness. It's an extra step we take to provide a truly clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

Fireplace/Firepits: No open wood-burning fire pits, bonfires, or campfires are permitted at short-term rentals. Charcoal grills of any type are strictly prohibited. Guests shall not bring any personal grills, barbeques, or other outdoor cooking apparatuses to the short-term rental; only those grills, barbeques, or other outdoor cooking apparatuses provided with the short-term rental are permitted to be used as installed and in the location installed.

No Pets: We love animals but unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly. This helps us protect guests with allergies. If you're traveling with a furry friend, let us know — we'll be happy to recommend one of our pet-friendly Love Yosemite! properties nearby.

Parking: There is enough parking for 4-5 cars at this property. The garage is unavailable to guests, as it is used for owner storage. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. Please be mindful to obey speed laws and drive slowly in residential neighborhoods!

Garbage: Garbage truck service is not available in this area. Yosemite Park requires visitors to "pack out" their garbage. There are several free bear proof dumpsters within walking distance of the cabin where you can dispose of your garbage.

Security Cameras: There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home.

Snow Chains: California Highway Patrol and the National Park Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.

Insurance: Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

Mail: Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements.

Pests: Please note that this property is nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains, offering a wonderful connection to nature. While we take regular preventive measures, including professional pest control, occasional visits from local wildlife—such as ants, spiders, insects, mice, or cobwebs—can occur. If you notice any of these during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort.

Neighbors: Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. We appreciate you respecting the local neighborhood!

Maintenance: In case of emergency - Management and Management's representatives and agents have the right to enter the premises, after making reasonable attempts to contact tenants, to make any necessary repairs to maintain the health and safety of the tenants or the property.

No Smoking: The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.

Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM everyday. This is a quiet, mountain area so limiting noise during these hours would be appreciated by the locals who call our area home.

Check In: Check in is 4PM or anytime thereafter (it's self check in, drive safe!).

Check Out: Check out is 11AM or anytime before.

Hot Tub: Hot tub is checked before and after every reservation, and is professionally serviced. Pouring any soap/bubbles/bath bombs, or any other items that force us to drain and refill the water will incur a cost of $300. Also, by agreeing to these house rules, you understand there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY for the hot tub, and that you agree to use at your own risk.

Lost items or left items: Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $35.00 handling charge PLUS shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest's request. Management shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days may be donated or sold.

Simple Checkout Instructions: We understand checking out can be stressful and hectic, so we have implemented some of the easiest checkout procedures in our industry.
1.) No need to start any laundry, we'll handle it all off site with our professional linen company.
2.) If you have time to start the dishwasher, that would be helpful.
3.) Please take your garbage to one of several free, bear proof dumpsters near the cabin.
4.) PLEASE return any furniture you may have moved during your stay (especially outdoor chairs).
5.) Most importantly, please note our checkout time is 11am, not 10am like over 80% of vacation homes in our area! Our housekeeping team runs on caffeine and tight schedules, so they sure do appreciate you leaving on time!
Lastly, don't forget to get a photo with your family and friends before leaving!

Gorgeous home inside Yosemite Park

This house is awesome, beautiful, clean and management was super responsive. As well stocked as we expected, could have had some more cooking spices. Power went out due to snow but back up generator came right on. Upstairs bedroom was a bit cold. Saw a mouse but it's in the country and can be expected. Would easily stay here again.

Outstanding Stay in Yosemite!

We just wrapped up a 4 night stay at this property with 6 adults and 1 child (age 3). The property was perfect for our family, providing us with enough space to spread out but, large enough common areas for us to enjoy dinners and games together. The location of the property was ideal for us since it was inside of the park and conveniently located near a small store and a hiking trail. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you might need as well as extremely clean. All and all this property helped our family to have a one-of-a-kind vacation in one of the most beautiful places in the country. Thanks for such an outstanding listing and experience!

Beautiful Home with Wonderful Hosts

There are many great aspects about this home and the hosts have worked hard to make it close to perfect. The home has comfortable furniture and is very cozy with the warm fireplace. We enjoyed the spa, pool table and the puzzles from the closet. The hosts have all the cabinets marked and all the instructions were very clear. They even provided a welcome basket with some edible goodies and plenty of coffee for our visit. The location is good for enjoying the couple of hikes in walking distance and to visit the Mariposa Grove, but it is quite a drive to get to the valley. It's also important to come prepared with groceries as there is only a very small market in the neighborhood and only one restaurant close by. My only complaint is how cold the master bathroom is. There is no heater in there and we had the water turned to the maximum. I would suggest providing a small space heater you could have in the bathroom and a shower curtain. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

The home was beautiful. Had all the bells and whistles. I just was a little disappointed when I contacted the rental company about upstairs bathroom issues of water drainage and lights flickering and no one ever came out. I also mentioned how master bedroom and bathroom were freezing. I think there's one vent and it was remarkably colder than the rest of the house and is where my elderly parents were staying. They had to sleep in layers and we had heat on but the rest of house would be like a sauna and of course heat rises. We all showered mostly in the little shower downstairs off of the game room because it was warmer and no water or light flickering issues. We paid top dollar for home and spent 5 nights there so I certainly thought someone would address those few things as I reported on our 2nd day. The light flickering may be a short or faulty wiring (idk) but I'd want to know if it was my house before a full fledged fire or something detrimental to the guests and or owners. We loved back porch and hot tub. That was icing on the cake. But know that the other items as mentioned above are important too. If someone needs to reach us 8502079811 the Stevens Family

Perfect family getaway

This home was perfect for 2 families to spend the holiday weekend in Yosemite. The host sent information in advance with everything we needed. With all the traffic over the 4th we were very happy with the location in the park and spent one day just exploring around Wawona. The house has everything you need for a great stay.

What a wonderful stay!

Rivercrest Lodge surpassed my family's (hopeful) big expectations. It was gorgeous, roomy, and spotless. Adam and Gailyn left no stone unturned when it came to comfort and ease. The beds were very comfortable, and curling up by the fireplace at night a dream. We would highly recommend Rivercrest Lodge to anyone - you will be delighted you stayed.. (And don't forget to trek to the falls - a short 15 minute hike from RIvercrest Lodge).

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It served as our base for traveling around Yosemite. The house was just as pictured, was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked very nicely allowing us to cook our meals there. The balcony is amazing (could do with fewer mosquitos but that comes with the territory). Fireplace was amazing - heated the living area well. Nice to have laundry facilities. Beds were comfortable. This place worked great for 5 adults and could have accommodated more easily. Would definitely return if in this area and have recommended it to people we met at our next stay in Paso Robles. Thank you for making it available for other people to enjoy.

Say YES to RIVERCREST LODGE at Yosemite!

There was going to be a cosmic alignment of the cousins from around th country for a celebration of life. Decided to flex a bit and go for it with this breathtaking accomodation. Pulled up early and the owner was painting the railing. He could not have been more welcoming and was as excited for us to be there as we were! Whenever we were home, that gorgeous fireplace was on! And it was pumping out the heat! The fire pit on the expansive back deck was on every night and was hard to leave. The river off the deck was the perfect white noise. I took my brother on the log bridge challenge over the river. Happy to say we both remain at the top of our mountain goat game. The hot tub was another highlight of the visit. Everyone commented that we wished the stay was longer. This property will forever be seared into our collective memories. A beautiful home in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Just book it already.

Excellent home great communication

This house looked just like the pictures. It was clean, well kept and beautiful views. The management company was very responsive in advance. We didn’t have any issues while there so cannot comment. There are a few improvements The master bedroom on the first floor mattress needs to be replaced. The house gets a bit cool at night but that’s Yosemite probably my first time there so cannot comment if typical. You should also be aware that there is one bedroom downstairs but two of the three bathrooms. Upstairs there were two bedrooms each with a queen and a single bed and a loft area but only one bathroom. Didn’t matter for us as we were two couples but we have five kids and if they were with us might have been less comfortable for them with one bathroom on a floor But overall house is beautiful and just as advertised.

We stayed here with another family with a total of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 8-10, and it was a fantastic space for everyone to be able to relax and have fun. It’s great to stay inside the park and be close to the Mariposa Grove, Wawona Hotel and other places/activities that are ideal for kids. We really appreciated the hot tub, billiards table and the addition of a propane fire pit since you can’t burn wood in the park these days. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were really comfortable. We had a few questions and the rental team was only a phone call away and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
