GREAT STAY!

Very convenient location to the metro station. Short walk. Lots of places to shop/eat within a short walking distance. Great hotel clean, overnight amenities, tooth brush, shaver, soap, etc provided… ALL FREE!

This was a great property. All the shopping malls were walkable. The restaurants are next door. There is a taxi service that visitors can use. The staff is incredibly helpful and respectful.

Great place to stay . My only complaint is that there is an elevator but the stairs are not available to customers at the hotel . This is inconvenient and for health oriented people it is disappointing.

Not that much space for suitcases, & get up from the bed due to the bed one side is attached to the wall. I requested for 2 twins bed but comes up for 1 queen side bed.

昔からのホテルなようですが、客室内はリフォームされててとても綺麗でした。ユニットバスも新しく綺麗でした。車と同じ料金ですがバイクも停めさせてもらえます。ただ、ホテルが坂道に位置してるので入る時と出る時に注意を。

急遽、出張で初宿泊。ポジティブ : フロントはとても丁寧なご対応に◎ チェックイン前に荷物を預けました。事前に部屋へ届けていただけるのは、とても嬉しいサービス！ベットは寝心地が良かった！近隣にローソンがありますが、飲食店は近くにない。残念な点 : 朝食を期待したが２日前17時までに予約しなければ、朝食は用意できないとフロントで告げられる。前日に予約したため対象外！レストランのフランス料理は評判が良いと聞くだけに、朝食への配慮が欲しいと感じた。

桜木町からも日ノ出町からも近く便利です。ただ、野毛坂近くなので、日ノ出町側からくると坂道はあります。私は京急に近いのが便利で良かったです。現在改装中とのことで、古さが感じられる場所もありますが、清潔で掃除は行き届いていると思いました。お部屋で困ったことがあったときも、受付の方がすぐに対応してくださり、その後も気持ちよく滞在することができました。歯ブラシは子供用サイズもありました。桜木町側（海側）サイドの上の階だとコスモクロックが半分くらい見えて、横浜らしさも楽しめました。周辺には飲食店もたくさんあります。また次回も泊まっていいなと思うホテルでした。

静かで清潔感もあり、空調もよく効いてたので快適に過ごす事ができました。欲を言うとトイレと浴室はセパレートされていれば、もっとよかったですね。

スタッフの方がとても丁寧でした。ただ、枕元にコンセントがなく、スマホが手元で充電できなかったこと、ソファやテレビの置いてある机、所々にシミやコップあとがあり、残念でした。フロントでヘアアイロンや、強力ドライヤーが借りれるところはとても良かったです。
