"Short walk to Yokohama Station. Many dining and shopping options nearby. Decent size room for 3 adults. Comfy beds and a deep bathtub with optional scented bath salts to ease the muscles after hours of walking. The Royal Host buffet was good. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was sufficient. However, the elevators are black color as well as the hallways. It was too dark and felt spooky. The magnetic shampoo/shower gel holder fell every time when we tried to press shampoo/gel from of the bottles. We must hold individual bottle in one hand and press with the other hand to avoid the magnetic holder falling."
