サイト経由で清算済みなのにチェックイン時に料金を請求された。 事前にサイト経由で清算済みを確認していたから二重払いしないで済みました。 間違えたことで慌てたスタッフが事前精算金額を間違えて処理したとかで朝フロントから電話がかかってききました。 Expediaで清算済みのため精算金額間違いについてはホテル側で処理してもらうように話しました。 朝から不愉快でした。 床に誰かの足跡が残っていたり小さなごみが落ちていたりと衛生面でも不安があり、もう宿泊することはないと思います。 非常に残念でした。
