"We had to keep going up and down floors in the lift as so many people wanted to use them. Great welcome was had but I found the large window by the bed was leaking in cold air so at night it was slightly noisy and cold. Everything else was great"

"Hotel is amazing but NO A.C in the rooms and the rooms were very HOT!!! It just blows my mind the the hallways are freezing cold but the rooms are extremely HOT! They said for this time of the year there's no A.C in any room... Dont come in March unless you like to sweat....."

"Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar."
