"Wonderful place to stay after a long-haul flight from the U.S. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast with nice views out over the water. Free shuttle bus to the airport and Kawasaki train station. Great price."

"The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station."

"Room was spotless and at the end the staff accommodated a last minute taxi ride when our Uber app wasn’t working. We had so much luggage too! One of the staff confirmed the ride and then stood by us waiting for the taxi with us to help with bags and make sure we were good. They went above and beyond"

"I paid for a room on the 24th floor. Cost a bit more but the view is very worth it. Room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a little high for the offerings in my opinion. "

The buffet breakfast was well worth doing and despite the ‘residence lounge’ where you could prepare simple meals, the proximity to many restaurants and Chinatown made this unneeded. "
