Nothing like the photos. View of a wall. The lobby smelt like mould. Hasn’t had a renovation for 40 years. Bed spread was terrible and old.

駅や飲屋街から大変近いので便利でした 部屋に関しては、清潔感に欠けました。 内装が剥がれたまま、埃がたまっている、浴室のカビが落とされていない、トイレも蓄積した汚れが残っている など、気になってしまいました。 アクセスが良いので予約は問題なく入るかと思いますが、その点が改善されていくとさらに良いかなと思います。

Cons: • The shower curtain had mold, but it was promptly replaced upon request. 海外在住で日本一時帰国で、今回初めての宿泊しました。　14階の朝食のビュッフェは種類が多くて宿泊のお値段もリーズナブルで、野毛飲食街の目の前なので昼食や夕食にも全く困りません。部屋も綺麗でとても良いホテルでした。 スタッフの方々も親切で、旅行カート２つの重さを測るための測りを出してきていただいてお陰で旅行カートの重さを事前にわかり、空港のチェックインで荷物の入れ替えをするようなバタバタすることがなかったです。スタッフのご配慮に感謝です。 唯一の改善希望点としては、部屋内のコンセント以外にUSBポートが２、３個備え付いているとより便利だと思いました。 それ以外は申し分ありません。
