"The place is very nice with reasonable price. The stuff were very helpful and kind. Especially, there is a stuff named Claire, she is very attentive and helpful, and she seems knows a lot about everything from the customers' needs to the details of the hotel, and she was very eager to help."

"This is the 3rd time that we stayed in this hotel, mainly for its convenience as a subway station is right at the doorstep of the hotel. The hotel clearly needs to be updated in many areas. For example, there are only USB-A ports on one side of the bed and no USB ports on the other side of the bed at all. No USB-C ports at all. There are no USB ports at the desk. The light of the room is out of date. The furniture in the room appears to be random rather than carefully selected due to their inconsistent colors and styles. The water pressure of the shower in our room is low. For a few times the temperature of hot water was too low to take a shower. Too many wall mirrors in the room, making you feel very uncomfortable especially the light of the room is low. The breakfast was okay and almost the same each day. Baked food was below the par as you can see that most of the baked foods came from supermarkets. Room cleaning was done nicely and the hotel provided us with many water bottles daily, deeply appreciated !"

"Breakfast was a standout — the kind that makes you consider skipping lunch entirely. Even the pancake syrup was the real deal, not that suspicious “maple-flavoured” imposter. I gave the gentleman a well-earned thumbs up, the universal sign for “you’ve made my morning.” The place itself is massive too, so you feel like you’re dining in a small village rather than a hotel restaurant. Now, onto my minor adventure. In my room, there was an advertisement proudly showcasing some of the hotel’s culinary offerings. One of them? A steak on the 16th-floor club level. Naturally, I sprang into action. You don’t ignore a steak invitation like that. I arrived with purpose… only to find that the server had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. To her credit, she didn’t panic — she called over her manager. Meanwhile, I did what any determined steak enthusiast would do: I marched back to my room, retrieved the advertisement like it was a piece of legal evidence, and returned to present my case. After a bit of investigation, they admitted there had been a mistake. But here’s the important part — they made it right. About 30 minutes later, I was happily enjoying a juicy steak. Justice (and dinner) was served. The server was new and clearly finding her footing, but she handled it as well as anyone could. Points for effort and persistence. The next evening, I briefly considered heading back up to the 16th floor to ask for another steak — just for the laugh. Then I said - not going to work"
