An amazing hotel with wonderful staff
I stayed at Pullman Centrepoint hotel from 1/31/20 through 2/6/20. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there from the moment I checked in to the minute I walked out. The check in was a breeze. Every staff member was friendly and helpful as well as professional and efficient at the same time. The property was relatively new, so it was very clean. Facilities and amenities are of good quality. Food was plenty and fresh. I am usually hard to be pleased, but this hotel is an exception. Also, I feel obligated to mention the name of a staff. It was no one else but Harry, who upgraded my room to a premium deluxe. It was a corner room on the 11th with breathtaking views. I will surely come back. Please keep up the good work!

This is my 2nd Stay at Pullman. All is OK. ONLY is the Bathroom...I Did comment on the Bidet at the Toilet Bowl. Still it is not Available. I Shld say Most Hotel Have Attached Bidet next to the Toilet Bowl...LoL. But Sadly Pullman dont Have. All others From Service to Food..GOOD. OH...Would like to Comment on This MARK(the concierges i think) he is a Great Help to the Guest. My Wife likes Him as he is REally Helpful towards Her.Even helping her to Advise n Suggest Booking a Car to Ferry my IN-LAWS n my Family in 1 car instead of 2 cars. Thanks to this Mark. Other than the Bidet All is Good for me. Will return back to stay if B'fast is in the Package....Hahahaha... Julian Ng

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Yangon. Walkable to many places and easy to catch a taxi or take a Grab anywhere. Fantastically comfortable beds and facilities in the room. A lovely pool and very nice gym. Breakfast while delicious is a little pricy but convenient.

Terrible attitude and service.
Our family got food poisioning at the hotel after eating their food. The hot water served was yellow and the hotel staff tried to cover it up by saying that the pot in which the water was served in a coffee pot, hence the discoloured water was due to coffee stains, and it isn't dirty water. There was no effort in owning the responsibility, instead, we were made to sign a disclaimer. This shows that the hotel tried to shirk all responsibility. Terrible service from a reputable hotel chain. The room I booked was supposed to have the river view and have executive lounge access, but it was not delivered as promised. A horrible amd disappointing stay at Pullman. I would never recommend anyone to stay in Pullman ever.

Truly amazing place to stay

Beautiful hotel in Best location/ heart of city
I could not have been happier here. Top-notch business hotel; well-appointed, quiet rooms, great service, great food and breakfast...perfect location: every one of the four different tour excursions I took had as their meeting place "Independence Monument" which is in the park directly across the street from hotel.

Great end to our trip.
Loved the Pullman. Fantastic beds and pillows. Great service and everything was beautiful. Stayed twice and enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant on level 2. Highly recommended.

This is an oasis inside a busy city. The rooms are top line, the staff is incredible, the breakfast is excellent. I would stay here over and over. The highlight was the bed. Wow...it was beyond comfortable and I miss it already.

Hard time sleeping on uncomfortable bed.
I could not sleep on my 1st night as the mattress top was very lumpy. The location is also not very ideal as the surrounding area is very old and run down Once night fall I feel unsafe to walk around the neighborhood. There are no restaurant or shops too. The next door building are offices so after the office he. The place is very deserted and the surrounding are dimly lighted.

Amazing staff. Everyone (reception, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff and porters/bellmen) was cheerful, smiling, accommodating and courteous. Most staff spoke basic English so communication is not much of an issue. Hotel is located in a central location, with easy access to taxis and app-based transportation service such as Grab. The Sule Pagoda is just a block away, and the Independence monument is right across the hotel. Lots of old, colonial buildings in the area. Convenience stores and local restaurants/cafes are nearby. 19th Street night market and Bogyoke market can be accessed by walking in 15-20 minutes. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All rooms are non-smoking, which is a major advantage to non-smokers like me and my mother. Food in the The Merchant restaurant (both dinner and breakfast buffets) as well as in-room dining tasted very good. We highly recommend this hotel to first-time travellers in Yangon.

Very new and modern hotel near the Sule Pagoda. Staff was attentive and service was excellent. The room had a few issues but the staff rectified all the problems after being notified. The Italian restaurant on the second floor was first class. The gym was well equipped with the most modern equipment. Unfortunately, when I was using it the AC was not working properly. Despite minor hiccups, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good internatiinal standard hotel in heart of downtown Yangon. Rooms were good size and had all the facilities you would expect in a standard room. Staff were all very pleasant and curtious and spoke good english. We used the hotel taxi service to collect us from the Highway Bus Station as we had travelled overnight by bus from Bagan. Probably not the usual place this hotel would expect to collect you from but after some initial issues finding us we were safely escorted to hotel in luxury and comfort with refreshment drinks ans towels and wifi access. We arrived at hotel at 8am and we had requested early check in if possible more out of hope than expectation so we were delighted to be informed that our room was available straight away when we checked in. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast at hotel but otherwise ate out. We also used the outside pool area on 2nd floor which was nice and had bar service available. Overall a good choice in downtown area.

Wonderful new modern hotel
This is a new modern clean hotel in the heart of downtown Yangon. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a great classy touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and we also enjoyed room service. The pool area was great although it was a windy day so we didn’t use it to it’s full potential. I would definitely recommend the Pullman whilst in Yangon though I doubt personally if I’d return to Yangon as there just isn’t much to tempt the tourist, which is a great shame. Service was exceptional.

Service was fast and thorough. Facilities were new and generally excellent. We had a wonderful view of the Maha Bandula Park, and the hotel was extremely well situated generally. All the Staffs are very helpful n polite. The hotel management make an effort to entertain to your request no matter what. The room is very spacious n nicely done with the Bathroom also...only is the mini item missing at the side of the toilet Bowl...A Biget Hand Flush.

Good staff manners...greet you in n out. Spacious Room. Bathroom...a wow...but a hiccup on the Biget at the toilet bowl... lol...there is none...so usage of toilet paper will be more....lol. OH.....they are really accommodating on the REQUEST of the guest...like checking IN n OUT early n late. They understand the GUEST IN-FLIGHT IN n OUT TIMING. Bfast Good...have a hard time to decide which to eat 1st. Waiting to stay there on my next trip over...

Excellent stay at Pullman
Amazing hotel. Executive room is extremely spacious. Bathroom design is very well laid out. Hotel let us do late checkout which was very much appreciated as our flight was in the evening. Staff was very helpful and accomadating to any of our needs.
