Gresham Hotels in Yan Yean from AU$90

This is a great hotel that’s really conveniently located. Rooms are lovely and clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy and free and the overall property is a great contemporary style. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s my go-to when I need to stay in the area.

Great hotel.. perfect place to stay befor morning flight. Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly helpful staff, great airport transfer

Friendly staff, close to the airport. We enjoyed the park accross the road to walk for 9 kms

The room size was amazing, I enjoyed having very reasonable priced cocktails at the bar. My safe could not be used - it was broken. Maybe check this before guests are welcomed into the room.

Nice easy check in. Great ammenities on site

Loved my stay here. Close to the airport with a shuttle bus to take me there. Love the restaurant and this stay I can honestly say it has been the best room to date.

Staff were excellent. Clean and tidy .Buffett breakfast great also

Excellent food great staff

Staff were great

I loved everything about my stay here except for: 1. I had trouble controlling the air conditioning temperature and there were no instructions - it seemed to have a mind of its own! 2. No blockout curtains on the windows if you want to sleep in. Everything else was fabulous.

The rooms are very clean and presented nicely.

We really liked this hotel. We had a little trouble with parking, but it was solved quickly & easily. I think that the instructions regarding parking could be more clear when booking. We would have also appreciated bottles of water in the room.

My partner and I are staying currently. Nothing but praise for them. The stay and people are all fantastic and happy to help.

We arrived in Melbourne after travelling ariund Europe for almost four weeks. Just needed a place to stay in transit for one night. This hotel turned out to be the best we had stayed in during our holiday. We arrived late at night and the night manager and other staff went out of their way to get us quickly to our room. Very nice spacious room. Also very quiet. Totally surprised when they offered a shuttle service to the airport the next morning. Would stay here again if in transit.
