Very quiet with no noise from the Friday night band audible in room. Plenty of entree/main options on the menu at the onsite restaurant which were well priced and tasty. We booked the day before and requested a window seat for view. Hotel in a great location within walking of main street/beach/alternative dining options/morning coffee."

Yamba River Markets across the road 4th Sunday of every month. Being able to take our dogs was the reason for booking. Safe & secure fully fenced yard & wet weather proof.Top level has a well appointed kitchen with everything you need, open lounge room & Dinning area looking out to Clarence River. Large balcony with Weber BBQ. We all look forward to returning."

"The resort was very clean and staff very friendly, but when you are paying over $500 / night , I think the property needs modernising, new untenciles, air conditioning in all rooms, block out blinds, extra bin bags, a bin in the bathrooms, a fridge without rust spots on it. If you are travelling with a baby who has a pram be prepared to carry up all the steps as no ramps or lifts to your room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the accommodation definitely needs a renovation for their furnishings."
