"This is a wonderful property- completely stocked, clean, comfortable beds. Large fully stocked and well labeled kitchen, short walk to the beach, large bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. Fantastic layout beautiful grounds and decks and a fire pit. Well stocked with games, shuffleboard, poker. And the little house is perfect for the younger crowd. There are a few observations I would suggest resolving soon though: the shower handle in the upstairs master came off in my hand, the WiFi was unfortunately too spotty to hold a good connection thus rendering any attempt to watch tv or enjoy any movies frustrating and futile. This was a major bummer for many of us. I think the house might need another router is all as the signal is very weak. Finally, the oven should be looked at. It was not maintaining heat and seemed to keep turning off in the middle of cooking. Aside from that it was a very enjoyable stay!"

"A beautiful and very clean house by the ocean. Perfect for our family. Loved the layout and views of the ocean. Quiet street with a safe path to the beach and town. "

"Location, location, location! Wow, right on the ocean with amazing views from every room. This house was amazing. We saw so much wildlife without even stepping outside. There was an Otter looking for his breakfast on the rocks out front while we were there. The house is roomy and comfortable and would be great for families. Yachats is not known for its internet but this house has blazing fast WiFi. The smart TV worked great for us. The highlight for us was siting on the small porch and just watching the waves crash on the rocks with our pup. Loved this house!!! "
