"Property was well equipped, clean, private and decorated tastefully. We only used one bedroom and bed was not very comfortable. TV package provided limited channels and surprisingly no ability to use Netflix. Dog barking constantly for hours every day of our stay in adjacent yard."

"The owner has many properties, so if one is looking for a warm and personal encounter with the owner of an individual property, you won't find that here. That said, the property was well-appointed and felt homey.What stood out was the location. Uniquely situated on a bay, the location provided a view perpendicular to the waves (at high tide) and close-and-personal with the seagulls (at low tide). We could sit for hours mesmerized by nature. "

"The view is terrific, the common space is lovely and practical. Location very good. Close to good outings and the village of Yachats. Hot water was fine. The place is tastefully decorated and furnished and is not fussy. We enjoyed it very much. (There was no winery experience, so my rating on that is only because I couldn't get out of the eval software wtithout answering)"
