This was a 5-star property. The service was reflective of a high caliber resort. But it’s truly the grounds and view that are amazing. There is nothing like a swim and hot tub on the roof while surrounded by the amazing gorge with the background sound of a rushing river. Not to be missed.

We booked a Gorge View Family room. It is spacious with stunning view. The staff are helpful and polite. However there are only 2 restaurants. So dinner is either Chinese food or buffett. Limited choices.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Staffs are amazing. The only drawback is the dinner options. There are 2 seating times and you must make reservations. If you don’t they will put you in the waiting list. They won’t just take you in even if there are empty tables. And all 3 restaurants close at 9pm. There isn’t anything opened near by the hotel at that time. So you will only have room service. And room service only open until 10pm. Although it’s inconvenient to our timing during our stay, the foods are pretty good.

Beautiful common grounds and surroundings. Rooms don't quite match up to the common areas and room prices though. Busy hotel and service feels a little rushed and impersonal.

Incredible location and outdoor pool facilities. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable rooms, but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The only thing lacking was a bar to relax in during the evening.

Very friendly staff. Great Chinese restaurant. Great view - but located next to a tour bus parking lot. Rooms very small - not even a desk. No Bar at the property (5 Star) to have an after dinner drink, except outdoor pool bar.

Lovely stay but…
The stunning scenery, comfort bed and friendly staff…. are all world class. However, the buffet and Chinese restaurant menu choices are limited. It would be better if they don’t provide bottled water.

Perfect nice mood hotel. But one reception manager was looked like the cold. No Smile, no friendly. Only that so I recommend this hotel so much.

The check-in service person Quenny was wonderful! My wife left a backpack on the train to the hotel and she was extremely helpful in getting back it for us. This kind service is much appreciated!
