Was disappointed when I booked my stay it stated free parking, when we arrived they no longer have free parking therefore we had to pay! Was not happy if I knew I would have changed as this was a factor in booking this hotel. Internet is a bit hot and miss first night was good second night we couldn’t get any internet.

I arrived at night and went out to get dinner. I came back and the key didn't work. I rang the number and the security guy came half an hour later after berating me because the key didn't work! No a/c or fan ion the bedroom and was hot. Don'[t clean the room on Sunday and didn't each day either. Changed the sheets after 8 nights because I asked them to and didn't put any pillow cases on the pillows and took the bin away which was a drama as I was cooking for myself. I was very disappopionted in the hotel.

The studio apartment was clean. Great kitchen with all appliance's, washer and dryer in bathroom also lovely bath. The down side was I arrived late due to having to change fligh's due to Covid. On arrival collect my key card, took me over 20mins to finally get in this was the same for access to my room, they didn't work properly. There is no one at reception after 6/7pm. Rang after hrs to get help still haven't heard from them when I left 6 days later. No onsite parking, you have to park in car park across from Motel, thankfully the Motel validated you parking ticket so cost was less than normal only between certain hrs. You don't know this until you read it in the book they have about services etc. Reception is open at 8am. To bad if you want to check out earlier
