"The guesthouse offers a good value option for staying in the area with easy access to the local area, and public transport would make accessing the city simple."

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...

"Ash Farm is a quaint bed and breakfast off the beaten track but close to all the amenities of Altrincham. Next door is a great pub; The Swan with 2 nicks. Within walking distance is Dunham Massey park. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great retreat compared to the hustle and bustle of city hotels.
The breakfast is a 5 star experience and has something for everyone. Obviously the Full English wins every day.
The staff are wonderful and friendly making the whole experience first...

Loved character of the room and the above bedside lamps. Plenty of tea/coffee etc.
The shower could do with some maintenance water was hot but hard to adjust temperature.
Bed comfy & plenty of towels, thank you.

Fabulous building, staff were amazing with a special call out to Jill who went over and above. Breakfast was really great. Parking free and right at the door. I would highly recommend Oddfellows .

Luscious hotel, very classy, with old-school manners.
From the moment you enter you feel valued and respected, from the receptionist, maitre d’, porter and waitresses.
Well furnished rooms, soft bedding & towels, good toiletries and tons of hot water.
Breakfast was a la carte and well presented.
Although the hotel was on a side street & at night was quite dark, it was also in central Manchester, so there were plusses & minuses.
However, we will stay at The Dakota when we’re next in Manchester,...
