"This house has amazing vibes. The outside area is relaxing and fun. The lake is quiet with lots of animals. Very walkable neighborhoods. The owners are so kind and accommodating. Providing wine and coffee for us. They were easy to communicate with and even let us come early for check-in! The beds are comfortable and high quality. The space was completely clean and organized. So easy to navigate and relax in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice vacation."

"The home is nicely furnished and comfortable. It as super close to our wedding events. Suggestions to stock some generic shampoo, add nite light to bathroom with no windows and supply a small starter amount of basic coffee maybe Folgers would be appreciated. The clock in living room is an hour off which confused us a couple times. There are leaves and trash that greet you at the front door need to be cleaned up before guests arrive. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and were asked to strip beds....

"An impromptu getaway for World of Winter found this location perfect. Close enough for a quick trip downtown, and a hot tub to warm us up after being out in the cold. Nice place with fun games in the basement too. Overall a great experience"

"The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall."

"We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. "
