"Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid for our room twice, but it was quickly sorted. I did not detract from a great stay,"

"I had a wonderful experience and this has become my new favourite place to stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and very professional. Our room on the 13th floor was fantastic! spotless, warm, quiet, and equipped with great amenities. We felt completely at home. The hotel’s top-floor bar offers an incredible view, and the location is perfect for nearby cafés and public transport. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. Looking forward to returning soon!"
