"Breakfast was nothing to get excited about."

"The staff were very rude. I had 2 reservations with individuals checking in at different times. When it came time to check in for the second reservation, I was told it was cancelled. I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. When they finally agreed to give me the room for my second reservation, they first gave me the keys to a room that was occupied! I finally received my room 2 hours after I arrived at the hotel. On top of all of this, they wouldn’t even give my elderly mother water while checking in! "

"This was our first time staying here and we loved it. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a smile and thought all the staff members were very helpful and friendly. We come to Boston several times a year, we will definitely be staying at the Atlas again!"

"Parking. Busy crazy weekend for all the college graduations and literally no where to drop off luggage. All the temporary signed spots are filled with cars. Staff didn't care. Driving around and around trying to figure out how to get into the place."
