"Right nice place to stay! Very old pub with rooms, quaint, and the food was all excellent! Ita not a luxury place, I’d give it an 8.4 overall, but the price was right and we loved it. "
"The pub was pleasant and lively and we enjoyed a good dinner. The room was on the small side but it had all the amenities we needed. The breakast was freshly cooked and excellent."

"It is always a pleasure to stay here. The suite has adequate space for a couple. Very clean well looked after with en suite shower room.
Food available in the inn - excellent, delicious Thai. Can either eat in the bar or restaurant.
We just had to stay a night and have a meal on our way home from a tour round England."
"I chose this location to be in the countryside within the South Downs National Park. I was not disappointed. I could hike locally or drive a few miles for endless trails and vistas. I could also easily drive to the coast or to visit many wonderful small towns and other destinations. The Lodge was clean and comfortable and offered all I needed. "

"Cosy and quiet, with everything you need for a short stay. Rather than eat in we recommend The Unicorn pub, only a few minutes away by car. Tanya and Jon were very responsive to a small problem we encountered and it was fixed very promptly. "
"Quirky and well finished property in lovely surroundings. Natacha was an extremely helpful and efficient host. Good base for exploring beautiful surrounding towns and nature sites."
"We stayed in The Bothy, fabulous for a romantic night away. No noise from the neighbours but while the bath was lovely it wasn’t practical having it in the bedroom. The room does have a smell of damp and there is no ventilation other than opening windows - a quiet extractor fan in both the bedroom and toilet would be a welcome addition. For a romantic night away this is a great location but 4 nights it was too much. "
"Stayed here in October, opened the door to a smell of cold & damp that never really went away. Heating kept resetting to cold & was out of our control. Daughter had to spray perfume to mask the smell in her room. Damp damage visible throughout. Hosts refused to stop the heating resetting so every morning & every time we came back after being out, it was cold & damp & smelly again. Nice enough cottage otherwise I suppose."
