"The overall stay was fine and staff were friendly, but our cabin’s floor was clearly not swept and pretty dirty. Luckily they provided a broom for us to clean it ourselves. They advertised WiFi, but the WiFi only worked at our cabin about half our five day stay. Other than that, the bed was good, shower was nice, and provided amenities were all good. "

"Pool is roughly half the size that the pictures make out but it's still nice enough. The hotel is ok. Clean but they need to look behind doors for dirt as well. There was significant grot behind the bathroom door which you see when you close the door and under the basin which you see while sitting on the toilet. Not nice. It was very noisy. Kids running up and down outside the room and parents yelling. Mowers going etc etc. Between the rooms there was no noise but from outside it's a real issue with people coming and going. In all it was an ok stay but I wouldn't be inclined to book again."

We were at this property for 2hrs in which I took a heap of pics waited for response from host property manager & stayz & got nowhere but ignored & told somebody will contact you. I cancelled accomodation & have fought Stayz for refund for 2 weeks straight "
