"Room was great, the water pressure alone will bring me back. Sometimes I travel with normal trailer, to get things from Townsville, if there is somewhere to put it there, I would definitely be back regularly. Great stay, very quiet."

"The staff was excellent! The location was beautiful along the river and right beside the swimming lagoon and in the walking/biking track. There was even a movie in the park too on the Friday night. A fantastic place to stay."

"Communication was easy and accurate. Unit looks a little older/dated however it was perfect for what we needed. Decent kitchen ( with kettle, toaster, pots/pans etc), full size fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, aircon and ceiling fans, single car carport. The whole apartment was clean, and welcoming and you can tell that care had been taken for our arrival. We stayed for 5 nights for a sporting event and this unit was only a 4 min drive from Woolies/big w, 5 min drive from coles/kmart, 6 min drive to Zaraffas (big win for me!) And only 17 min drive to the beach/waterfront. If we come back to Townsville again, I will 100% re-book this place!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. The size of the room was great. But the rooms are tired. Need fresh paint. Mold in the grout, and bathroom ceiling. Sink and taps would spray everywhere. And the aircon had so much dust in it that it would fly out of the vent onto the beds. The price is reasonable but not as clean as you would like. "

"This is a Unique place to stay with great hosts. We Loved the house and where it’s situated. The property is just on the edge of Townsville without any of the Traffic Noise you get in town. With a nice peaceful five minutes to the shops, takeaways galore and the all mighty Ross River you would e Greedy to ask for more. Thanks to the kind host, We stayed for just over a week and Loved every second of it. From watching the variety of birds feeding in the front yard to watching the horses frolicking across from us we loved our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the screened patio out front was Brilliant! Given half the chance, we Will Be Back. We tried to add some photos but Wotif kept rejecting them :-( "
