"Staff was friendly and helpful Lots of fun things for the kids to do… unfortunately the arcade barely had any games in use and the bowling lane was broken Nice pool I wouldn’t walk around the area too much as it’s a little rough, lots of homeless people doing drugs Hotel is nice and clean and they were very patient and accommodating with our group "

"We had a great stay. The property looks newly built. Inside was bright and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed.Just FYI (because I didn’t notice when I booked), there is no on site parking. There is street parking available, and Kitchener bylaws allow you to register for an overnight parking exemption, but these would be cancelled in heavy snow. The host does provide some alternative locations to park nearby.Overall, would strongly recommend this place."

"We enjoyed our stay; it was convenient and suited our needs. It was an older-looking apartment building, but the apartment was nicely updated and very clean. All anyone would need was supplied. We will consider another stay if we have to travel to the Kitchener/Waterloo area again."
