"We had a fantastic stay at the Black Swan Inn in Lee, MA. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and featured a beautiful view of the lake. Both check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free .A special shoutout goes to Carrie, the breakfast attendant! The breakfast area was exceptionally clean and well-stocked thanks to her hard work. Carrie was not only helpful, pleasant, and polite, but she also worked tirelessly to ensure all food items were fresh and fully available. Her excellent service truly made our mornings. We highly recommend this inn!"

Perfect location in the heart of downtown Lenox

"There were 3 of us for a 10 day stay. We found the property very clean and well appointed- furniture (including beds) was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were easy to use. It was nicely decorated. It felt spacious and it was quiet. We enjoyed being able to sit outside on the deck for coffee in the morning and at the end of the day. The bedrooms were all on the 2nd floor and the staircase was narrow as is typical of houses of a certain era. One of us has some mobility issues but there was no problem navigating upstairs. Although we didn't need it, there is air conditioning throughout. The location was just great, very close to the downtown section of Lenox. And it was convenient to all the things that Lenox has to offer during the summer. The host was very available and answered any questions that we had, both before and during our stay. The one minor negative was the cell service wasn't great (this seemed to be true of the general area). However, it was easy to handle as long as you were near the router. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there on another occasion."

The house is very spacious and met all of our needs, as did the property amenities. And of course, the area is perfect. Lots of hiking and biking for the active youngsters and a perfect porch hangout for the old timers.I would love to rent this home again next year!"
