"Although an excellent 2-night stay, our comments are intended to make future stays even better. Room temperature: virtually impossible to maintain a comfort level. Basically it was too cold in spite of raising the thermostat temp. At 80 when the heat came on, it was much too hot! Room lighting: too dark; only the bathroom was well lit. Bathroom moisture: in the absence of a ventilation or fan, the bathroom remained damp after a shower and keeping the door open resulted in everything in the bedroom becoming damp. But the positives far outweigh these few items."

"I am not a person who usually writes a review but I loved the place. Room was great. Staff was great. I had never been to an Indian restaurant but everywhere I went people raved about I so we went and it was wonderful. Only a few small issues. The fan in our bathroom room needs attention. Very loud. Something is failing. The wifi was very weak in my room. Kept cutting out. and just one other suggestion. The balcony on the upper level should have privacy screens on the sides. Other wise I would absolutely go back."

"This was a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation . The grounds are beautiful with flowers , plenty of places to sit and relax and a lovely pool area. The daily breakfast was delicious . Maureen and Bob were wonderful hosts and their staff very nice . I look forward to a return visit."

"Location was great as we had an event at the Mount in Lenox. Place was clean and quiet. A bit outdated but all amenities were provided. Nice stay in a beautiful area."

"The property was very clean, comfortable and pet friendly. The location is excellent for access to the all points in the Lenox, Lee, and Stockbridge area. The kitchen is well stocked and we prepared quite a few meals for our extended family. Trees keep the house cool but the AC works efficiently when needed.The house is across the street from Laurel Lake and trees obscure most of the view in summertime. There is a small inflatable dock which is unstable and kayaks should be launched from shore.It's a great lake for kayak or canoe. Fishing is difficult from this spot as the water is shallow and there are abundant weeds. Fishing from the kayak is good.Lastly, there is one Lenox town beach off Rt. 20. A pass is required which cost 50/week and can be obtained from the Lenox Community Center."

"Well appointed. Enough sheets, towels and dishes for our crew of fourteen. All in good shape and freshly laundered.The screened porch was our favorite feature and hanging out spot. Peaceful views of Lake Laurel. Easy access for kayaks /canoes. Not so much for swimming.Close to Town of Lenox and Tanglewood but feels quiet and remote."
