Thank you for the kitchen facilities and big dining table. Microwave was big and strong. Thank you for the big towels. Parking was excellent for our timing. Central location is very handy. The heat was a curiosity. It can be set higher, then it drops down during the night. TV channel choosing is designed for a younger person.

My five star rating is based on the rental being an exceptional value at the rate I paid (the rate I found on Expedia). Our suite was a plain but super comfortable one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living area, plenty of storage space. The location is extremely convenient, and it was very clean.

This large space was a welcome change after being in hotel rooms for 2 weeks! Although it's somewhat dated, we enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, and coffee maker. Check in and check out was easy. A great value.

The room was clean and fairly new. The shower head was broken, the dishwasher backed up into the sink and the room had been used by a smoker and i could still smell the remains of smoke especially in the bathroom.and bedroom.

Felt like home for a weekend

This was a great place to stay! The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly communicative regarding checking in/checking out. They texted me the codes to get into the building and room at our convenience and we never even had to go to a front desk. Great communication from the staff.

Nice, spacious place with living room and kitchen, including plates and silverware. Somewhere between a hotel and an air b&b--entry is with a code. Very considerate, pleasant staff was around during the day. There was small miscommunication around the check-in, but they responded immediately when I asked for clarification. The location is good to walk to Pittsfield center and for our drive to Tanglewood.

The pros are clean, lots of space and a full kitchen and balcony for the same price or better than hotel room. Very easy and secure access. Cons-no office on site. There were 3 of us, but found only 2 sets of towels (online claimed extra under sink, but we borrowed from a family member in the area). Also, no bedding for pull out couch. We didn't bother trying to call the number, so someone may have been able to bring these, if we asked.

Carmen, the property manager was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The room was very cozy and everything worked well. Parking was easy and convenient. The town was very nice.
