"The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'"

"Ideal property for accessing Woods Hole and the surrounding area and beaches. Great deck to enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning and a cool evening dinner.Great selection of cooking utensils, spices, and cooking oils (many of which were unopened).Complimentary beach towels, sunscreen, and Aloe for those who didn’t use previously mentioned sunscreen.Photos are accurate. Neighbors were quiet and pleasant."

"I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else."

"This property was extraordinary. My late check-in was seamless, and my room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff (my apologies, I forgot the front desk staff's names) were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had one minor maintenance issue that Joe resolved promptly and courteously. My room was directly across from the water, so I had a great view from my room and balcony. Having a kitchen made me feel right at home. My local friends, etc., were extremely impressed by the property layout, location, and price. Downtown was within walking distance (about a mile), and the beach was nearby. I will definitely plan a return visit here, but it would be hard to top my last stay."

"We loved our stay in Woods Hole. My husband turned 40 while there, and our hosts graciously had left us a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I loved the sunshine pouring in every morning reflecting the water of the pond. We were also lucky enough to see otters playing one evening.I also appreciate all of the toys and books for kids. This was a great location 10/10. "
