"We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago when it was owned by a family. Decided to come back this year and were very pleased with how it was redone! Beautiful, modern, yet beach house design. The room was very clean. The property is very well-maintained. We loved that they added complimentary small plate breakfast. We don’t eat a lot for breakfast, so this option was just right for our family. Also loved their beach chairs! Very cool design and very convenient to carry to the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely be back next year!"

"This gorgeous historic home in Falmouth turned out to be perfect for our annual family get-together (4 children, 6 adults). Everyone had their own bedroom and each family had a bathroom. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout that we felt like part of an old New England family. High-end appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. An easy walk to the Point where we watched many sunsets. We all loved the wraparound porch with rocking chairs. The outdoor shower was great after the beach. Our host, Melissa, was gracious and responded promptly. Altogether an unforgettable experience!"

"My husband, young daughter, and I had a wonderful stay here for Falmouth Road Race weekend. It’s a beautiful location and an easy walk to downtown Woods Hole. The place is small but clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space is great."
