The property was beautiful! Rooms were nice! Short walking distance to the beach and everything from shopping, dining and sightseeing were all so close to the "Beach Breeze Inn!"

Would definitely stay here again! We rented a King Jr. Suite. Very clean, mattress was comfy, loved the large bathroom. Only downsize was room was on 3rd floor and no elevator. We are in our 60's and was difficult to haul our luggage up the narrow 2 flight of stairs. Next time I will check what rooms are available on lower levels. Otherwise was a fabulous stay!

What a gem Bay Breeze Inn is. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this fall and I can imagine how great this place would be in the summer being so close to the water/beach! It’s a very comfortable inn with close proximity to local amenities and attractions. We would stay here again when in the area!

This lovely inn is the best place to stay in Falmouth, and the best features of the town are within walking distance (dining, shopping, beaches). The amenities are over-the-top, the suites are so beautiful and comfortable, the staff is excellent, and the onsite management is simply outstanding.

Falmouth stop over

Great location and value. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. A unique property with a great history. Literally around the block from the water and ferry station.

We have been vacationing in Falmouth for many years, but this was the first time that we stayed at the Beach Breeze Inn. We had an excellent stay. Welcoming staff, beautiful beach-style interior decor, spacious outdoor porch, cozy fire pit area with s’moores for the kids every night. The Inn is a 2 mins walk from the town’s beach, less than 20 mins walk from the center of Falmouth with restaurants, bakery, shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

The location was ideal. A very short walk to the beach and just a 3 minute drive to the center of Falmouth (it could be walked, but my wife and I aren't quite that mobile). The staff was more than friendly and helpful and the whole place was great.
