"No problem"

"I got in at around 11:30 p.m. after driving up from North Carolina. I was tired so I went right to bed. I got up the next morning and discovered that I could take a shower because the mechanism to divert the water to the shower head was broken off. In addition, the shampoo dispenser was also broken and sitting on the edge of the tub. Also, I went to make coffee in the morning, and, when I looked in the water container to pour the water I noticed that in the coffee maker there was a fine layer of dust ON THE BOTTOM OF the water tank. The room smelled bad too, as though several smelly people used that room right before me. Even the bedding smelled. The lobby isn't bad but the rest of the hotel is dirty. Stained rugs, dust, dirt and so many areas that needed to be repainted. For as long as I live, I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. And I truly believe that I should be refunded my money because it was a terrible experience."

"I really liked this hotel. I had the ocean front panoramic room on the third floor. It was really nice. Room was a good size, king bed was super comfortable, good lighting, new floor, pretty big photo pictures, private balcony, nice “kitchen”area, plenty of storage for clothes. View was so pretty. Fun to watch the fishermen and surfers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back."

"This is a premium hotel. Every year for Mother’s Day I get a room. It is at that time where the weather is nice but the prices won’t kill you. The room is gorgeous, very spacious. It has a nice kitchen and living area. Everything is meticulously clean. I wish I could stay here all the time. The pool and hot tub are paradise. We have so much fun. "
