"Rented this place because i wanted prive laundry and the expedia price was an absolute steal. We had a cozy 2 story condo on the canal. We did laundry, cooked dinner on the grill, drank wine and fed the ducks. It was a great stay. Only knock is the a/c only works downstairs. It was quite warm upstairs until we opened all the windows. May not work out well if it's raining "

"Staff were all really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. Every appeared to enjoy being there and liked their work. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed. The swimming pool was warm the kids had heaps to do. The location by the lake was perfect. We'd definitely return. "

"The room itself was tidy and reasonably priced, so no complaints there. However, the experience outside the room was disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating from the start, making us feel unwelcome. The location initially seemed beautiful, but closer inspection of the lake revealed contamination along the shore and what appeared to be a sewage line flowing into it. We also tried to use the private spa pool, but it was in poor condition—spider webs on the door and ceiling, a strong chemical odor, and visible lines along the pool edges that looked like dirt or bacterial growth—so we opted not to use it. Overall, while the room was fine, the surrounding amenities and staff behavior were well below expectations."

"We had a lovely time staying here , very spacious with an excellent kitchen. Lots of fun with the table tennis and pool table plus the use of the kayaks was a bonus. Kristin was great to communicate with. The only negative was the road was very busy and the traffic noise was loud at times "

"We struggled to get a suitable hot cold balance in the showers but as we were only there for a short stay did not contact the host for assistance. The property was generally clean and tidy however better instructions as to where to place rubbish at end of stay would be appreciated as bins were difficult to locate. Ample kitchen equipment and while no full oven, an air fryer is able to be used in its place."
