"From the moment we arrived at the Chelsea Savoy, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and when we got to our room, it was spotless and very well maintained. We went downstairs to enjoy some hot tea and hot chocolate, and a staff member kindly helped me with the hot water machine when I wasn’t sure how it worked. Small gestures like that really stood out. Throughout our entire stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They made it easy to approach them whenever we needed anything, and it was always pleasant seeing them at the door. At the end of our stay, they were very understanding about extending our time and allowed us to store our luggage for the day. This was especially helpful since one of us was traveling for work. When we returned later, one of the staff members immediately remembered us and knew we were there to claim our luggage — such thoughtful attention to detail. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well. They provided extra towels without hesitation and promptly replaced our sheets when needed. Overall, our stay was memorable because of the exceptional people who work there. Not a single person missed the mark. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel based on the outstanding service alone."
