"Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing I would like in the room was somewhere to place my suitcase, it was a pain having to open it on the floor everyday with no where to set it. Also, they should have a way to dispose of bio hazard needles for people that use medication needs and have at least a small canister to dispose of them. The reception desk did not know what I could do or where I can dispose of my needles. Overall the location was great and taxis and buses were just outside the hotel. Will surely stay again on a next trip."

"There’s a lot I liked about staying here, it was clean, especially the bathrooms, it was centrally located but hard to find- located on a section of the street only accessible by buses, so taxis could not directly pick you up and this was not explained. My room was not quiet and could not be darkened enough to sleep, with the only window open to the elevator shaft and light strobing on the wall all night as people on 5 floors used it all night. The check in and communication was horrible and they did not arrive to let me in on time so wasted hours of my limited time in Barcelona. The keys and lock didn’t work well. But it was centrally located and reasonable in price- but not worth the poor communication and lousy sleep I got. "

"A very modern hotel, excellent staff. Well located to the main train station, a few sights, and next door to a shopping mall and a great range of bars and restaurants. The main tourist area is over 2km away, but we liked being amongst the locals. We would definitely stay there again."

"The location of The Rialto is perfect for exploring the Gothic quarter and further afield. There are many shops, restaurants and placas close by. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the beautiful dining area was excellent. The only downside is the lack of hot drinks amenities. Nothing in the room or common lounge, just a vending machine. The air conditioning in the room worked well and there were windows that could be opened. "

"This is not a property I can recommend to anyone. I booked two rooms and my family and I ended up separated across different buildings. Most days we had no hot water, and on the one day we did, it only lasted long enough for one shower. On top of that, the company repeatedly harassed me about paying tourist fees that were never disclosed upfront. I paid them before check in, sent multiple screenshots showing the payment had processed, and they still continued to message and call me. To make matters worse, our neighbor were extremely loud and one night we lost electricity and I had to reset the breaker myself. Overall, this stay was not worth the money and I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. To end on a positive note, the apartment was clean and in a good location. "
