"Overall the experience was perfect, its a shame there is no restaurant on site but otherwise fantastic! If there was anything i could fault it was a senior staff member addressing issues with bar/cafe staff in front of guests ...whilst there were not many of us around i think those conversations should be had off the floor - Hats off to the bar staff who remained professional throughout and tried to "cover" "

"11/10 highly recommend!Before we even got there, Debs communication was great. Location of the Love shack was amazing, we already felt detoxed as we parked the car and we hadn't even opend the door! Upon entry, the shack was spotless, warm and cozy. There was plenty of wood for the fire, bed was comfy, spa was perfect and it was only about a 15ish minute drive to the restaurants with 5 star food.I already want to go back! If I was to nit pick and point out the faults which were very minor, I would say I was really excited to wake up to horses however there wasnt any around as pictured. Also the spa jets didnt turn inside the bath so they were either really strong or they had to be turned off, we couldn't adjust them.Thank you for a stay to remember, we will definitely be back some day, it was up there with one of the best! "
