"This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. "Actually, the floor in my room never seemed to get clean along with the bottom of the toilet, having urine stains from before we got there. Even with that being said, the staff was so overly helpful and friendly, and kept everything outside so incredibly maintained and me and my family so well served that I am absolutely coming back to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay! The servers and the bartenders were incredible even above the rest of the staff! The beds were very comfortable and besides having to brush my feet off every time I got in bed the room was beautiful! Incredible views with every step. I pushed my mother all around the resort every day because we enjoyed the walk but every 15 or 20 feet another cart would stop to make sure we did not need a ride. Everyone wanted to be so helpful!"

"The condo was wonderful and the location perfect. Right on the beach and with great pools. There are several small restuarants close by that are convenient. The check-in process was a little hard because the people who work in the building dont speak much english but are very friendly. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. "
