"had lots of cockroaches outside and inside sat on chairs outside seen lots of ticks and refg didnt work bottom was loak warm found was not cold at all for a party we were having spolied some food .."

"We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again!"

"We loved the location of this property! The owner was very quick to communicate with us on any questions we had. The layout of the whole house was comfy and roomy for my family of 5. "

"The home was clean, spacious, and fairly new. The host was responsive and accommodated a special request, which we appreciated. The amenities as a whole felt somewhat incomplete. The bed was not especially comfortable, very low to the ground and difficult to get out of. There was limited storage for clothing (no dresser and only a few hangers).
