"Location amongst a waterfront, shopping and short walk to the north end made this hotel. Starbucks and Dunken Donuts both nearby, lively Irish pub a block up with nightly music, close to public transportation options and ride app friendly pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and provided bottles of water on request after a lot of walking for the day. Room was comfortable, but the "Atrium View" in our room was a window to an internal vertical shaft around maybe 20' x 10' - no sunlight or view past brick or more windows... so gives a sort of closed in feel. No microwave, so tip to the next traveler - the front desk said they will heat food for you, so you have that option if you want to bring leftovers from one of the great restaurants there."

"Pros: Location was fantastic. Close to the beach, train and short drive to Boston. Continental breakfast had a variety. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Cons: $20/day for parking. Pool was closed for construction. Did not say that anywhere on any website. Imagine my kids dissapointment when we arrive at the pool in our bathing suits and a sign says it is closed indefinitely. Customer service was terrible. Probably the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed in. They acted like every question you had was an inconvenience to them. I asked about the laundry and was met with "it is $2.75 and I have no quarters for you." If you are going to have laundry onsite might be a good idea to provide a way to get quarters a little easier. Even so, you don't need to be rude. I didn't even ask for quarters. I asked for towels multiple times and towels never came. In my 3 day stay my room was never cleaned even though it says they will come every other day. If I was supposed to specifically ask might have been a nice thing to know at check in along with the pool being closed. I would not stay here again based off the customer service alone."
