"La pasamos muy bien en familia...sobre todo los niños,se divirtieron muchísimo en los parques de agua que tienen en su instalacion.... Solo quedamos un poco insatisfechos en cuanto a las instalaciónes de habitaciones por dentro,las vimos bastante oscuras,creemos que debían pensar en la posibilidad de en lugar de ventanales,mejorarlas en un futuro con balcones con cristalería etc,además de ponerle más luces por dentro... En cuanto a todo lo demás, no tenemos queja......"

"Everything was broken, from the hot tub to the bathroom door and even the window covering. The staff was terse and unavailable. There was a funky smell in the halls. They charged for early check in and a parking pass. Even the breakfast and coffee were awful. I travel monthly for work and this was the worst hotel in decades."

"The pleasant employees help make this a wonderful stay. Pools, hot tubs and bars fantastic. Food services fast and good. Everyone so helpful. Plus never run out of towels in room or at pools. A very family friendly and safe hotel. Excellent bus service to parks."

"The hotel has been renovated very nicely! It is a pleasant place for a two-night stay. Our only issue was that our balcony faced the pool—and, of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself—but people were talking very early in the morning (and one night, quite late), and the noise carried right up to us! When I booked the nights, the listing stated that breakfast was "included," but that is NOT the case. They charge nearly $13 per person, and honestly, it isn't very good. Right across the street is the House of Waffles, and the breakfast there is delicious! Would I return to this place? Yes—absolutely."

"The convience of being in the airport was amazing especially when traveling with a person who needed a wheelchair. The rooms were quiet and the staff was so helpful. Can't wait to stay again"
