"If you’re from England this is comparable to a premier in just , the sun is on the only window all day so the decrepit blind is down. The AC sounds like a hovercraft , the provided soap is from the 60s There is mold in the bathroom The reception only provides Costa coffee and a poor choice of snacks all round it’s awful. There are good bars a subway and restaurants. Not a 4 star hotel on booking . Com it’s 3 star"

"When we got there to check in, they apparently had a up charge since booking so it was over $100 more then what we had originally been quoted plus extra charges that were not mentioned when booking, The guy that checked us in was rude and didn’t want to answer questions. It did not state extra charges when we booked through Expedia and wanted clarification and he threw his hands up, stepped back and said that’s just what it is. The elevator is terrible. Our room was very dark, no good lighting in it. We were a party of six and had to ask for extra blankets, pillows and towels for us to use and we got a “ we don’t have time to bring you stuff” but after telling them that there was 6 of us and only enough stuff for 4 people they managed to “make time” to bring us extras but made it knows that they went out of their way to bring it to us. Since we were there for 4 nights we had one deep clean day where they replaced all our towels and bedding only to find out they also took the extra bedding with out replacing it and noticed they only replaced 1 set of clean towles so we had to again ask for extra bedding, pillows and told them we only had one towel after the cleaning and needed enough for the 6 of us. I guess for the prices, it’s what you get but with the up charge and hidden fees we could have spent less at a much nicer place."
