A Home Where Eclectic Luxury Meets Affordability

Welcome to The Altamonte House. This home is in a prime location standing between Orlando's major theme parks and beautiful beaches! Altamonte Springs is the peace and luxury you search for when visiting a busy city, but still want to have an oasis of your own. The neighborhood is nestled off of a golf course, and makes for beautiful evening walks with amazing sunsets! The home sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by large trees on all sides. If you want to go to the beach all you have to to do is head East on I4. If you want the theme parks, head West. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. There is a fire pit in the back yard, as well as candles to keep mosquitos far, far away. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the owls hooting, which is absolutely fascinating. All together, this home is ideal for families enjoying a quiet getaway or for those who want to kick back and have a good old time. Five minute drive to Altamonte Springs mall. Five minute drive to Interstate 4, which leads you to all of the main attractions in the area and neighboring cities.

Please note that this is our actual home, not a typical rental property. We have strict rules, as such.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV. The living room is also equipped with a ROKU tv, so that you can access all of your television watching apps, and an antenna for local stations. The home does not have cable.

Nice Location

We have stayed here twice. The house is located in a nice,quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and a mall. The home is tastefully decorated and the backyard is a nice area to spend time complete with twinkling lights. We would stay here again in the future.

Great House and Perfect Location

We loved staying at this house! It was so convenient to downtown Orlando and Disney attractions, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from crowded, touristy areas. The house was clean and spacious -- perfect for a family (and a dog).

The house was so cute, very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the host had their home equipped with everything one would need. Not to mention that the sheets were the softest I’ve ever felt! The backyard was the perfect size for our dog to run around and get his exercise. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Fantastic stay.

We really enjoyed are stay. Very clean and homey. The patio was so cute and cozy. Just 3 adults, but could have comfortably fit more. They provided plenty of coffee for us - which never happens. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We stayed here for a baby shower for my daughter as she lives nearby. The house is exactly as described. Very nicely decorated and well kept. Beautiful back yard. Beds were very comfortable and lots of room for everyone. The owner allowed us to hold our event there for the extra event fee but it was well worth it. It’s not too far from the hustle of the Disney area also if you want a quieter place to stay, probably about 25 min drive.

This is a beautiful place to stay.

Our short two night stay was lovely. This home has everything you need including a huge backyard, desirable neighborhood, a fire pit, digital locking system and smart TVs. It’s clear that this home was remodeled with designer touches and comfort in mind. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again but longer next time. Thank you for hosting us Alexis!

A great stay!

Our group of 5 adults stayed here while visiting the area to watch college baseball in Sanford. It is convenient to I4 and grocery stores and restaurants but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had all that we needed during our 3 night stay. Everyone slept well, and the dining room table was nice to play card games. The outdoor fire pit looked really nice, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Thank you for a really pleasant stay.

Perfect for our Needs

We were in town for a family celebration. The home, with it's 3 bedrooms and two baths was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the Keurig appreciated and we enjoyed starting to watch Ted Lasso on the apple TV! The lock box was a little tricky, but once we figured it out..no problems.

Great time. The house was excellent. Only issue was a garage ceiling light that didnt want to turn back on after being in for awhile. Not normally an issue for most people but we had motorcycles to clean in the garage and it was hard to see. Other than that great stay.

MEMORIAL FOR MY MOTHER

The location was perfect for where I needed to be, The response was immediate which was what I needed because I live. in Tennessee and had to find a place to stay very quick. Everything was better than what I expected. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood, quiet and peaceful which was what I needed to help deal with the loss of my Mother, I would love to stay here again under different circumstances. A True Gem

What an incredible home! Absolutely a gem both inside and out! Not only did we stay in the rental, we hosted a Bridal Shower there. It could not have been more elegant! Plenty of room, totally updated, and with charming decor. Beds were very comfortable and showers were so nice! The backyard was stunning, private, and with plenty of seating. Definitely going to return! And my Bridal Shower guests are going to secure it in the future for family! The host was fantastic! Prompt to respond. Very gracious!

Going for the Gold

We came down with our grandson and his family. His daughters (6 & 10) were competing in the Florida Open 2023. This was the perfect setting to allow them to relax and unwind between competitions. Our oldest took home two silvers. And the youngest who was competing for the first time ever took home the gold. Much like this house- it took the gold as far as we were concerned. We were 6 min from the rink, plenty of activities right here in the back yard, yummy restaurants close by and we had quality family time. Alexis was awesome - best host ever. It was beyond perfect in every way

My wife and I got eloped at this property, and it was perfect for our needs for the event. We were able to have some family and friends come over, and we simply just enjoyed the quality time with loved ones. The host was very responsive and kind in the accommodations she provided us with. Great house with everything you will need

Stayed for a week visiting friends. Great house and great yard with fire pit and lounge area. Everything works well and kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. GREAT VALUE as we have stayed in over 50 VRBO’s and I work for the Four Seasons Hotels so I know accommodations and pricing. We will be back.

Lovely home

The house was very homey and clean. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice viewing options on the TV to chill out in front of. I was traveling with my dog for a competition and she immediately made herself at home in the big secure yard.
