~ The Mowed Portion of the Yard
~ The Entire Top Level of the Home
~ All Amenities Provided during the stay

We do ask that Guests do not try to:

~ Take anything from the property that is not theirs
~ Enter the Basement of the Home
~ Open the Garage Door, or the Labeled Basement Doors
~ Walk or Drive onto any neighboring property
~ Use the Indoor Fireplace, (it is currently non-functional)
~ Purposefully Break or Damage anything on the Property
~ Leave Trash or Debris on the Floor or Counters
~ Track in Mud, Dirt, or Grass into the Home
