And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful. "

"Hotel was great. Clean and nice. It was really hot outside and the ac wasn’t working great but they sent someone to look at it and it got better (still not super cold but cold enough to bare the heat). Pool was perfect. We booked hotel for the pool and we enjoyed it. "

"Loved this property for my family’s Loveland stay. The pool was open late and the front desk was very friendly and kind to our requests. Breakfast was buffet style and started at 6am which was very convenient for my stay. The property is also conveniently located near Loveland’s main attractions. Highly recommend a stay here!"
